Allison Young takes pride in being a results-oriented executive with the ability to translate mission and vision into measurable, attainable goals.
Over the years Allison has shared her talents as an active member of the community in Baton Rouge and, previously, in Philadelphia. One of the projects she participated in, was Dancing for Big Buddy. Why Big Buddy? Allison had been attending Dancing for Big Buddy since its inception in 2006 and had always had the best time. So, when BCBSLA Foundation Executive Director Christie Reeves, 2010’s Audience Favorite Female winner, asked Allison if she would represent Blue Cross in 2011, she gladly accepted.
