Chantalle Couba, an authentic voice for change and a solutions-driven strategist, was named as one of the 13 American leaders who were selected as the 2019 Eisenhower Fellows.

Chantalle is a qualitative researcher and progress designer and has been instrumental in creating a safe, professional space for women since the beginning of her career.
