Chantalle is a qualitative researcher and progress designer and has been instrumental in creating a safe, professional space for women since the beginning of her career.

Also a leader in diversifying the workforce, Chantalle serves on the board for the nonprofit organization INROADS, and founded Namaste Consulting.
