A fascinating radical solution from Avi Reichental of XponentialWorks who suggests that manufacturing should take the same approach to capacity needs as Airbnb. Just as Airbnb uses available space to meet lodging demands why not use existing manufacturing facilities that are under-utilized to meet production demands. It’s a great idea and it’s catching on!
