At every pivotal moment during my career — from closing seven-figure deals with A-List talent to guiding a prominent institution through a transformative culture shift — one principle has guided me: if I have a vision of what success looks like and create a clear path forward to align with my vision, it will happen.

That might sound bold, but I’ve found that when people give themselves permission to dream big — when they truly allow themselves to imagine not just what they want to achieve in one area, but what their life can look like in every aspect for the long term — it changes your fundamental views and priorities. That’s the beginning of manifestation. And manifestation isn’t magic. It’s a mindset and a method.

To me, manifesting isn’t simply about meditation and waiting for the universe to deliver. It’s about locking-in on your goals and moving forward without hesitation. It starts with vision: What do the next five years look like for you? What kind of work energizes you? What kind of life fulfills you? Then a plan of execution is developed. What skills, experiences, and relationships do you already have in your professional portfolio — and which ones do you need to acquire? That’s the real heart of manifestation. It’s putting the full weight of your lived experience, your values, and your hustle behind a vision — and then going after it with a certainty of success.

Throughout my career, I’ve used this mindset to create positive results in places where others saw roadblocks. At Amazon’s Audible division, I executed an ambitious idea to create original audio content with celebrities that could be scaled globally. At the Brooklyn Museum, I brokered deals with emerging artists and global commercial partners which turned a historic institution into a future-facing brand with buzz-worthy exhibitions. During each chapter, it began with a clear goal and an unshakable belief that it could be done.

Manifestation is a combination of clarity, confidence, and commitment. This translates into: I’ve created something unique and there’s a need / market for it, I have a plan of execution to make it a reality, and I’m not waiting for permission to move forward.

If you’re reading this and asking yourself what’s next — ask yourself one additional question…….what’s the biggest version of your life you can imagine? Now write it down. Speak it out loud. Then get to work.
