Richelle Webb Dixon, a proven executive in the healthcare industry, has an impressive track record in improving efficiency and productivity. Comfortable in a variety of settings, Richelle has had experience in hospital operations, ambulatory care, medical education, and as a community advocate. Her background has empowered her to build competent teams and embrace organizational priorities and vision. Richelle joint Froedtert Hospital as senior vice president and chief operating officer. Froedtert Hospital is part of the Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin regional health network.

The Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin regional health network is a partnership between Froedtert Health and the Medical College of Wisconsin supporting a shared mission of patient care, innovation, medical research, and education. Their health network operates eastern Wisconsin’s only academic medical center and adult Level I Trauma Center at Froedtert Hospital, Milwaukee, an internationally recognized training and research center engaged in thousands of clinical trials and studies. The Froedtert & MCW health network, which includes five hospitals, nearly 2,000 physicians and more than 40 health centers and clinics, draws patients from throughout the Midwest and the nation.

Reflecting the growth of Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin Froedtert Hospital, two executives were promoted and one executive has joined Froedtert Hospital to lead eastern Wisconsin’s only academic medical center into the future.

New to the organization, Richelle Webb Dixon joined Froedtert Hospital as senior vice president and chief operating officer in the role previously held by Eric Conley. Dixon most recently served as system vice president for CommonSpirit Health in Denver, Colorado, where she led strategies to enhance integration and transformation performance in a health system that spans 21 states.
