Each presented a unique set of complexities, demanding not only immediate action but also a strategic approach to analysis, synthesis, focus, and resolution. As I reflect on these experiences, I see parallels that resonate deeply with the imperatives of board oversight and governance.

When faced with a crisis, the first step is rigorous analysis.
